The system provides real-time inventory monitoring. The list of IMPs/placebos can be imported directly into the administrator panel from an .xlsx file. Each item can be supplemented with an expiry date, batch number, and product series for complete traceability. Additionally, users with appropriate permissions can manage and report on the distribution process by logging the request date, shipment to the designated site, and confirmation of delivery. Each dispensed product is automatically linked to the patient’s ID, ensuring accurate identification of the administered IMP or placebo.
